When perimenopause arrived in my mid-forties, I had no idea what was happening to me. I felt exhausted, anxious, bloated, moody, and disconnected from the person I used to be. I wondered why some women were thriving in midlife, while I struggled with everything from insomnia to exhaustion.

Like Many Women, I Was Left To Figure It Out Alone

This turning point led me on a personal and professional mission to understand what was happening not only to my body, but how my thoughts and experiences were impacting my quality of life. I wanted to truly feel better. I undertook professional training and gained qualifications so I could support not only myself, but other women too.
